1. You are the person you say you are when paying by credit card;
2. To pay in full for all items purchased prior to their receipt;

4. That Authorize.net is the primary method through which transactions will be handled;
5. That PayPal is another allowable method for electronic payment;
6. That orders will not be shipped if paid for by check or electronic check until said check has cleared;
7. That any disputes shall be handled through binding arbitration, that the arbiter will be of our choice, and that you will be responsible for the costs of the arbitration;
