McKee Stained Glass Wholesale Accounts

Thank you for considering opening a Wholesale Account with us. Creating a wholesale account is fairly easy. We require only a handful of documents and have much lower requirements than many other businesses. We believe in doing that to help glass artists who are just starting by giving them access to wholesale prices.

Documents Needed:

• Copy of current Business License/Sales Tax License for your state. (Virginia Wholesale Customers must provide both) or a professionally made business card.
• Completion of our Wholesale Application (provided in PDF form).
• $750 check made payable to McKee Stained Glass, as a deposit that will be applied towards your first $750 in orders.

Requirements to Maintain Wholesale Account:

• Minimum purchases of $750 in any given calendar year (January 1 - through December 31). All new wholesale accounts created during a calendar year will be expected to meet a pro-rated minimum proportional to the time left in the current calendar year.
• Minimum purchase amount of $75, excluding Shipping & Handling for each order.

Terms & Conditions for Wholesale Accounts:

• There is an annual minimum purchase requirement of $750 in any given calendar year (January 1 - through December 31). All new wholesale accounts created during a calendar year will be expected to meet a pro-rated minimum proportional to the time left in the current calendar year.
• There is a minimum individual purchase amount of $75, excluding Shipping & Handling for each order.
• Wholesale Account Holder shall not allow another person/corporation/legal entity to use their individual wholesale account to make a purchase. If any attempt is made by an individual other than the Wholesale Account Holder to make a purchase using this unique wholesale code, the wholesale account will be immediately cancelled.
• Once merchandise has left our premises, McKee Stained Glass is not liable for damages to the order. Problems with items due to breakage or shipping damage should be taken up with the appropriate shipping company. Problems with items due to defects should be handled by the manufacturer.
• Wholesale Account Holders are allowed and invited to also set up Affiliate accounts so that they may earn residual income off the sale of items at McKeeStainedGlass.com that are made through their affiliate link.
• All Wholesale Orders must be paid in full at time of order. Wholesale Account status is not a grant of credit. $750 deposit is nonrefundable and forfeited if the applicant does not place $750 in orders within 365 days of the granting of wholesale status.
• McKee Stained Glass reserves the right to substitute FedEx ground service for packages whose size or weight makes it impractical to ship via USPS.
• All returns must have a return authorization code to be processed.
• Wholesale orders are only shipped to the wholesale account owners. McKee Stained Glass does not offer drop shipping services.
• McKee Stained Glass may amend this agreement with 60 days notice to clients.
